Introduction of YUCERA's 3D Plus Multilayer dental zirconia:
3D pro/plus multilayer zirconia blank is a dental multilayer zirconium oxide (4Y-TZP cervical, 5Y-TZP incisal) with natural color and translucency gradient and high flexural strength(1050 MPa cervical, 700 MPa incisal), with highly translucent, monolithic restorations. The soft material before sintering ensures an effortless manufacturing process. All-ceramic veneering is possible with the common all-ceramic systems (see CET value).
Features of 3D Plus Multilayer dental zirconia/ceramics block/blank/discs:
1. Sintered Density of zirconia disc 6.07 ± 0.03g/cm3
2. Outstanding aesthetics – highly esthetic, monolithic single-tooth and bridge restorations in the anterior and posterior region.
3. Translucency of zirconia disc 57-43%, adjusted translucency gradient ensures good coverage in the cervical area and increased translucency
in the incisal area.
4. The integrated color gradient also ensures the efficient fabrication of natural-looking restorations.
5. Extensive color selection – 19 colors (Blench, A1-D4).
6. Bending Strength of zirconia disc700-1050 MPa
7. Hardness of zirconia disc 1200HV
8. Wide range of indications – from single-tooth restoration to multi-unit bridge.
